Boombox Chester Concert reviews
Eric Church concert
First off, the people checking us in did a great job with security, unfortunately, it takes longer getting checked in because everyone has to pull up their tickets on their phone to scan them. Maybe there should be a bigger area inside so we aren't standing outside longer in the cold while waiting.
Very disappointed in Boombox starting the concert an hour & ten minutes late! He should have a band open for him to entertain everyone who was in their seats on time instead of making us sit there uncomfortable waiting. The sound guy should have been playing some music & providing entertainment until the concert started.
I bragged to all my friends & family about Little Caesars Arena, how state of the art it is with all the moving parts the stage has & how phenomenal the sound system is, but for this concert, the sound wasn't great! Boombox was great in concert when he was the opener, but for himself without an opening band & having to wait for him to start an hour & ten minutes late ruined it for me & the 7 people I took to the concert, plus the other 10 people I knew that were there as well.
If we knew the concert was going to start that late, we all would have been happy to meet at one of the nice bars & hang out until the concert started instead of being crammed in our seats for nothing. Also, we missed half of the concert because it started so late as we left halfway through it.
I will never go see Boombox in concert again. He's a great singer but not worth my time or money to see live.
